With a career in construction spanning 32 years, Scott Williams continues to be actively involved in the industry, commencing in 1988 with a trade apprenticeship.
Scott's construction timeline includes works for National and Global construction companies on a diverse range of projects right across Australia.
Adopting a systematic approach combined with a thorough understanding of construction and all that goes with it, Scott & NBFI provide clients with a high level of expertise and advice in all building & construction related matters.

National Building & Facility Inspections specialise in the collection of evidence for building related disputes Australia wide, delivering quality documentation with accurate and realistic assessments.
NBFI serves the litigation industry with an emphasis on legally sound reporting, punctual service and a pro-active approach from the first meeting.
We travel anywhere
Based on Queensland's Gold Coast, NBFI service all areas of Australia.
We drive or fly to the site with all the equipment needed to undertake the job. We efficiently complete the inspection and subsequent reports.
NBFI stay at the project location for as long as it takes to complete the works. This could be for an extended period.
2019 - 2020 has seen site management of construction projects in Broome, Canberra, Hobart, Brisbane and Adelaide.
