Appointed as lead investigator / expert to determine cause and extent of water damage to a residential property in several areas. A scope of remedial works and its associated cost projection was also produced.
Michel & Wynd v Rollin Auto’s Pty Ltd – August 28 – Boyland (QLD)

Appointed as lead investigator / expert to determine and present a report containing the extend of defective works on an unfinished property, determine any delays to a completion program and identify the causes of those delays if any, produce a completion program showing hold points and expected timeframes. It is possible that I will be required to be present at a 2x day hearing run by QCAT / QBCC.
